STEVEN TOSCHER and SANDRA BROWN to speak at upcoming Fourth Annual USD RJS Law Tax Controversy Institute, July 19, 2019

We are pleased to announce that two of our principals, Steven Toscher and Sandra Brown, the former Chief Tax prosecutor in the Central District of California, will be speaking at the upcoming 4th Annual USD School of Law RJS Law Tax Controversy Institute at University of San Diego, Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice, Theatre on July 19, 4:00 p.m. -5:30 p.m.

Steven and Sandra will be speaking on Criminal Tax Procedure where they will cover the nuts and bolts of handling IRS Criminal Investigations and the current state of IRS Criminal Investigations. The Criminal Investigation Division is celebrating its 100th Anniversary this month and we are honored to have Don Fort, the IRS Chief of Criminal Investigation join us on this panel discussion. Also joining us will be the Honorable Marvin Garbis, United States District Judge (retired), the Honorable Angela Davis, Commissioner Los Angeles Superior Court and former prosecutor and the legendary Martin Schainbaum.
