We are pleased to announce that two of our principals Steven Toscher and Michel Stein will be speaking at the upcoming Clear Law Institute webinar on Recent IRS Cryptocurrency Guidance, Thursday, March 26, 2020, 3:00 pm-4:30 pm EST, 12:00 pm-1:30 pm PST.
In this practical webinar, we will discuss recently released IRS Revenue Ruling 2019-24 and the updated FAQs regarding the taxation of cryptocurrency. Among other things, you will receive a detailed overview of the recent guidance as well as best practices to document these transactions. We will also address the recent IRS enforcement initiatives to identify and tax virtual currency activity.
