We are pleased to announce that Sandra R. Brown, along with Chair Ian Comisky, Fox Rothschild and Panelists Don Fort, Chief, Criminal Investigation IRS, Larry Campagna, Chamberlain Hrdlicka, and Caroline Ciraolo, Kostelanetz & Fink, will be speaking on “Cooperation or Compulsion: The Emerging U.S. Experience with Voluntary and Involuntary Disclosures of Foreign Transactions,” at the 37th Annual Cambridge International Symposium on Economic Crime on September 3, 2019 from 4:15 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.  Click Here to register.

Consistent with the Symposium’s theme on how we can better and more effectively work together in preventing, managing and combatting the threat posed by economically motived crime and abuse, the panel will bring together tax experts and officials (both current and former) from the United States who will discuss how best to discourage and control economic crimes through the use of law enforcement and regulatory intervention and the role that private practitioners play in facilitating these goals. The panel will also provide relevant practical experience and expertise with respect to compliance practices.
